Rounded convex square earrings in 925 silver, enameled and manually finished, depict the trinacria, a symbol that identifies Sicily.
Trinacria is one of the ancient names of Sicily, it derives from the Greek treis (three) and àkra (headlands) which represent the three "vertexes" of the "triangle" (Sicily). It is inspired by the heraldic figure of the Triskelion, which indicates the three-pointed island.
Measures 2cm.
